Sales Manager

About Aerial Services Scotland:

Operating out of Barrhead, Glasgow. For the past 20 years we have been the largest aerial installation company in the UK, and we have now expanded into Guttering, Locksmiths, Exterior Cleaning and looking at much more.

We need an enthusiastic, committed, and successful sales manager to represent our business-to-business sales function and help us drive the business forward during this time of growth. Do you have the drive and determination to succeed and enjoy a challenge, we would like to hear from you.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

*Hit sales targets through successful management and leadership of the sales team

*Recruit, manage, train and develop the sales team

*Build excellent customer relationships and expand our client/engineer base

*Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge

*Provide reports as and when required

Sales Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

*Strong Communication Skills

*Meeting/exceeding sales goals

*Analysing sales data

*Strong presentation skills

*Leadership and Coaching skills

*Proven track record of positive sales performance

*Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience

*Experience of managing and directing sales staff

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm / Alternate Saturday’s

Salary: Depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
