Full Stack .NET Developer

Hybrid Role (2 days from our offices in Segensworth, 3 days from home)

Our small team of software developers work within our Business Insights & Analytics team, contributing to the development of both new and existing inhouse projects.

You may currently be a few years into your .NET development career and seeking a role within a small, efficient team where you will be given autonomy and a real chance to contribute.

Youll get involved in:

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance Aerial Directs existing systems.
• Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and applications
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
• Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the Team Leader.
• Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
• Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
• Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure programmes can be used easily, quickly and accurately

  Ideally, youll have experience of:

• Experience with Full Stack Development C#,.Net, ASP.Net
• Web API
• MVC
• Ideally experience with .NET CORE

Step 1: Is there a fit? Youll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is youre looking for from your career

Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. Youll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything youd like to learn about.

Step 3: Well invite you in to further discuss the role, and run through some short technical tasks to show us your skills. Youll also get the opportunity to ask any last minute questions.

Step 4: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, well be looking to make you an offer!
