£39,000 - £65,000+ OTE | Price Work | Company Van | £2,000 Annual Bonus | Immediate Starts
Are you an experienced Telecoms Engineer looking for your next opportunity?
Whether you've worked on the BT Openreach, Virgin Media, Gigaclear, CityFibre or other telecoms networks, we'd like to hear from you.
We're recruiting experienced engineers to deliver FTTP installations on the BT Openreach network. If you already have telecoms experience, we'll provide any network-specific upskilling required to get you earning as quickly as possible.

- £39,000 - £65,000+ OTE
- Price Work (paid per completed job)
- Average 4-5 jobs per day
- Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform provided

- Monday-Friday with optional weekend work available
- £2,000 annual incentive bonus, paid in two instalments each year (Terms & Conditions apply)
Reduced Training for Experienced Engineers
If you already hold the following accreditations, you'll benefit from a reduced training programme, helping you get out on the network and earning sooner:
- SA001
- SA002 or SA006
- NRSWA
- SA051C
- SA029 or SA020

The Role
You'll be carrying out Full Fibre (FTTP) installations on the BT Openreach network, including:
- Overhead (Aerial) fibre installations
- Underground (Dig) installations
- Customer installations and service activation
- Testing and fault finding
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Working safely and independently to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Telecoms Engineer, Fibre Engineer, FTTP Engineer or Broadband Engineer
- Experience working on fibre or copper networks (BT Openreach, Virgin Media, Gigaclear, CityFibre or similar)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Relevant telecoms accreditations are advantageous, but not essential
