We're looking for experienced TV Aerial and Satellite Engineers to join Homevision — the UK's largest company in the industry. All work is inbound. Customers book with us, we fill your diary, you earn commission on everything you complete and upsell.

Engineers with the right skills and attitude are earning £85,000 per year. Weekly pay. Weekly bonuses. No cold calling. No chasing leads.

Self-employed, commission based role. The more you work and the more skills you bring, the more you earn.

Quick Self-Check

We get a lot of applications. If you can answer yes to all three, we'd like to hear from you:

• 3+ years' experience with both TV aerials and satellite systems — the combination of both is required
• Confident fault-finding on aerial and satellite — not just installations, diagnosing and solving problems
• TV wall mounting to a professional standard, including concealed cabling — this is a core part of the role

The Work

• TV aerial and satellite installations, repairs, and fault-finding
• Sky Q, Sky HD, Freesat — installations and fault-finding
• DSCR/DCSS multiswitch and communal dish systems
• TV wall mounting with concealed cabling (high-demand, strong upsell)
• CCTV installation and maintenance — wired and wireless (strong preference)
• Networking — signal distribution, additional points

Earnings & How It Works

• Commission on every job — percentage of job value
• OTE up to £85,000 per year
• Paid every week
• Weekly bonuses for hitting sales targets
• Company van available to hire — hire costs reduce as you hit targets
• Use your own van with Homevision livery, or take ours
• Tool hire available + trade store account for discounted stock

Working Pattern

• 8:00am – 5:30pm, full working days
• Rotating schedule: 5-6 day week
• You operate from your home address

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience with aerials and satellite systems
• TV wall mounting — required, not optional
• Full valid UK driving licence (up to 3 points)
• Full right to work in the UK, no sponsorship
• Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed

CCTV, networking, and Sky Q / Freesat / DSCR experience are a strong advantage and will keep your diary fuller.

Not for engineers looking for a day rate or a quiet life. This is a target-driven role for engineers who want to earn.
