Full Stack .NET Developer
Hybrid Role (2 days from our offices in Segensworth, 3 days from home)
Our small team of software developers work within our Business Insights & Analytics team, contributing to the development of both new and existing inhouse projects.
You may currently be a few years into your .NET development career and seeking a role within a small, efficient team where you will be given autonomy and a real chance to contribute.

Youll get involved in:
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance Aerial Directs existing systems.
- Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and applications
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
- Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
- Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the Team Leader.
- Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
- Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
- Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure programmes can be used easily, quickly and accurately
Ideally, youll have experience of:
- Experience with Full Stack Development C#,.Net, ASP.Net
- Web API
- MVC
- Ideally experience with .NET CORE
