MRO Technician

The Role

We are recruiting Technicians into our MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operation, working on aircraft propellers and associated components.

Preparing, sanding and masking composite propeller blades for repair and paint

Disassembling and cleaning propeller assemblies

Assisting with paint preparation and material handling

Supporting general workshop maintenance and upkeep

What we are looking for

We welcome applicants from a variety of technical backgrounds and will ideally bring:

Some workshop experience, especially with composite or mechanical products

Willingness to follow detailed procedures and learn new skills

A practical, adaptable approach

Most importantly, we are looking for people who are curious, motivated and willing to learn.
