About the opportunity

Develop a focused private practice in men’s health and intimate aesthetics within an established Harley Street clinic.

Androfill is seeking an experienced, GMC-registered aesthetic doctor, GP or urologist to join its London team. This is an opportunity for a clinician with strong aesthetic injecting skills to develop a specialist interest in men’s health, supported by procedure-specific training and an established clinical and administrative setting.

The role centres on patient consultations and non-surgical penile enhancement using hyaluronic acid fillers. Wider andrology and men’s-health responsibilities will be agreed according to the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience and clinical competence.

We are looking for a clinician who combines technical ability with a reassuring manner, sound clinical judgement and a commitment to excellent patient care. Sensitivity, discretion and the ability to set realistic expectations are essential.

Your responsibilities

Consultations and patient selection
Conduct thorough consultations, including relevant history-taking and examination. Assess clinical suitability, expectations and psychological concerns; explain treatment options, benefits, limitations and risks; and obtain informed consent. Recognise when treatment should be declined, deferred or referred elsewhere.

Clinical treatment
Perform penile hyaluronic acid filler procedures following appropriate training and competency assessment. Provide other agreed services only within your qualifications and competence, supported by clinical protocols and appropriate indemnity.

Aftercare and continuity of care
Provide follow-up consultations, recognise and manage complications within your competence, and arrange timely escalation or referral when required. Participate in agreed arrangements for aftercare and out-of-hours clinical advice.

Clinical standards and service development
Maintain clear, accurate clinical records and work closely with the administrative team to support a well-organised patient experience. Contribute to clinical protocols, audit and the ongoing development of the service.

Essential requirements

Full GMC registration with a current licence to practise. Applications are welcomed from aesthetic doctors, GPs and urologists who meet the relevant experience requirements.

A minimum of three years’ hands-on experience in aesthetic injectable treatments, including hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. You should demonstrate cannula proficiency, a sound knowledge of relevant anatomy and safe injection techniques, and evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.

You should be confident in the safe reconstitution and appropriate clinical use of hyaluronidase, with the ability to recognise filler-related complications and initiate appropriate management, including timely escalation or referral.

Excellent consultation and communication skills, a sensitive approach to intimate examinations and procedures, and a commitment to patient-centred decision-making are essential.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK by the start date. Appropriate medical indemnity covering the specific procedures and responsibilities undertaken must be confirmed before clinical work begins.

Desirable experience

Experience in andrology, sexual medicine, men’s health, minor procedures or private practice would be valuable.

Additional experience in erectile dysfunction care would be particularly welcome, including the use of STORZ shockwave therapy equipment and familiarity with platelet-rich plasma (PRP/P-Shot) procedures in this setting. These additional skills are desirable but not essential.

Training and development

Previous experience in penile filler procedures is not essential. Training in Androfill’s penile filler technique will be provided to the right candidate, including supervised practice and competency assessment before independent treatment.

The scope of any additional clinical services and associated training will be agreed according to your professional background and demonstrated competence.

What we offer

An established Harley Street clinic setting, appointment-booking and administrative support, and regular clinical work for a minimum of three days per week.

The role offers the opportunity to build on your existing aesthetic skills and develop a focused area of practice in men’s health and intimate aesthetics, with clear arrangements for clinical responsibilities, follow-up and support.

Clinical judgement and patient welfare come first. Treatment recommendations must remain independent of commercial considerations.
