Salary: From £33,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing private aesthetic and surgical clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician with a strong background in advanced skin treatments and laser technologies who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical results.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing advanced aesthetic treatments, carrying out comprehensive consultations, developing bespoke treatment plans and delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation through to aftercare.

What We're Looking ForEssential

  • Minimum 4 years' experience within a medical aesthetic clinic.
  • Experience with advanced laser treatments.
  • Experience performing RF Microneedling.
  • Experience with Chemical Peels.
  • Strong consultation and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of skin health and treatment planning.
  • Professional, confident and patient-focused.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Desirable

  • Level 4 Laser & IPL qualification.
  • Experience with advanced technologies such as CO₂ Laser, Er:YAG, Sylfirm X or similar.
  • Experience working within a CQC-registered clinic.
