Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commission & bonus (£20,000 – £35,000+ OTE)

Reporting to: Managing Director

About Us

Established for over 20 years, we are a leading medical aesthetics group delivering advanced treatments with a strong focus on patient outcomes and commercial performance. As we continue to grow, we are investing in a results-driven sales culture — ensuring every client interaction is optimised, every unconverted consultation is followed up, and every clinic team is coached to perform at its best.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who has personally and demonstrably improved sales conversion rates in a client-facing environment. This is not a classroom training role. You will be on the clinic floor, coaching staff in real time, reviewing consultation outcomes daily, and personally owning the follow-up process for every consultation that does not immediately convert.

You will have full ownership of conversion performance, pipeline management, and revenue growth across five clinics, working directly with practitioners and front of house teams to change behaviours, close more consultations, and ensure no potential patient is left without a follow-up.

Core Responsibilities

Your role has three equally important pillars:

1. Hands-On Staff Coaching

  • Deliver daily, in-clinic coaching through observation, live feedback, and role-play
  • Train practitioners and front-of-house staff on converting consultations into booked treatments
  • Standardise how consultations are conducted — from first interaction through to treatment decision
  • Coach staff on presenting treatment plans clearly and handling client concerns, hesitations, and objections
  • Identify individual skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans per team member

2. Unsold Consultation Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

  • Review all consultations not converted on the day — every single one, across all five clinics
  • Own and manage the follow-up process: call, message, or email clients who did not book, using a structured and timely approach
  • Maintain a live pipeline of warm, unconverted leads and ensure consistent follow-up until a decision is reached
  • Ensure no consultation falls through the cracks — every clinically suitable client should be followed up
  • Work with clinic teams to improve the handover process so follow-up opportunities are never missed
  • Track follow-up outcomes and conversion rates from re-engaged leads as a core KPI

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Produce detailed daily and weekly reports on consultation conversion rates by clinic, staff member, and treatment type
  • Track individual staff close rates and identify top and bottom performers, with clear action plans for each
  • Monitor follow-up conversion rates separately from same-day conversions to give a full picture of revenue performance
  • Report on revenue per consultation, treatment uptake rates, and lead volume across all sites
  • Share performance data with the Managing Director regularly and propose data-led improvements

Multi-Site Presence

  • Travel between London and Manchester clinics on a regular, structured basis
  • Ensure consistency in the client journey, consultation quality, and follow-up process across all locations
  • Act as the visible, accountable leader for sales performance at every site

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of increasing sales conversion rates through hands-on coaching and direct involvement — not theory
  • Demonstrated experience managing or owning a follow-up process for unconverted leads in a client-facing business
  • Minimum 4–6 years in a sales management, coaching, or conversion-focused role
  • Strong ability to influence and improve performance in real-time, face-to-face environments
  • Advanced analytical capability — comfortable tracking, interpreting, and acting on sales and conversion data
  • Experience with CRM systems, performance reporting, and KPI management
  • Excellent communication skills with a direct, results-focused approach
  • Highly accountable, commercially driven, and outcome-oriented
  • Willing to travel regularly between clinics in London and Manchester

Desirable Experience

  • Background in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty
  • Experience working across multi-site clinic or retail environments
  • Formal qualifications in sales, coaching, or leadership

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential directly linked to conversion and revenue performance
  • Full ownership of conversion strategy, follow-up processes, and performance outcomes across a growing group
  • Staff discounts on treatments and products
  • Direct access to and support from the Managing Director
  • Clear progression opportunities as the business expands

This role will suit someone who is energised by numbers; close rates, follow-up conversion, revenue growth - and who knows how to achieve results by being present, accountable, and hands-on every day.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:30pm (flexibility required; evening hours reflect clinic appointment schedule)

Location: Based in London with regular travel required to all clinics (currently 4 clinics in London & 1 clinic in Manchester)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • How you have improved consultation conversion rates through hands-on coaching
  • How you have managed or built a follow-up process for unconverted leads
  • The stats and outcomes you achieved

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
