Aesthetic Therapist – Estetica Clinic

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Therapist with recognised phlebotomy training to join Estetica Clinic. The successful candidate will combine strong practical skills with excellent patient care, delivering personalised skin treatments and advising on appropriate cosmeceutical skincare.

Level 4 qualifications relevant to advanced beauty therapy and laser treatments, together with HydraFacial training, are essential. You must have a reliable commute to the clinic, attend work punctually and work effectively alongside our practitioners.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations, reviewing medical history, skin concerns, treatment suitability and contraindications.
• Perform skin analysis using VISIA or OBSERV systems, documenting findings and explaining recommendations clearly.
• Develop personalised treatment plans combining suitable clinic treatments with cosmeceutical homecare.
• Deliver HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, radiofrequency treatments and laser treatments within your qualifications and competence.
• Provide high-quality facials, facial massage and relaxation treatments, ensuring patient comfort throughout.
• Perform phlebotomy safely and confidently, following clinic protocols for infection prevention, sample handling and sharps disposal.
• Explain treatment benefits, realistic outcomes, aftercare and maintenance, promoting appropriate treatment courses and skincare products.
• Support other practitioners with treatment preparation, patient care and combined treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, consent forms, clinical photographs and treatment records.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, equipment care and treatment-room organisation.

Essential Requirements

• Recognised beauty therapy qualifications, including Level 4 qualifications relevant to advanced treatments and laser/light procedures.
• Recognised phlebotomy qualification and practical experience performing venepuncture.
• HydraFacial training and experience delivering treatments independently.
• Practical experience with laser treatments, microneedling and radiofrequency devices.
• Strong knowledge of skin assessment, treatment contraindications and aftercare.
• Familiarity with VISIA or OBSERV skin-analysis systems.
• Training and working knowledge across a range of professional cosmeceutical brands, including selecting products to complement clinic treatments.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, promoting suitable treatments and recommending skincare without placing pressure on patients.
• Excellent communication, a compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork.
• Good spoken and written English for consultations, consent and clinical documentation.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and a dependable commute within easy travelling distance of the clinic.

Desirable Additional Experience

• Radiofrequency microneedling and advanced combination treatment planning.
• Erbium:YAG laser skin resurfacing.
• Skin boosters, injectable skin-hydration treatments and polynucleotides, with appropriate treatment-specific qualifications, insurance and competence.
