About Alta Medi Clinic

Alta Medi Clinic is an award-winning, doctor-led aesthetics clinic offering premium aesthetic treatments and personalised patient care. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional, discreet and welcoming experience to every patient who walks through our doors.

We are looking for a professional, friendly and organised Christmas Temporary Receptionist to join our team during the busy festive period and help us maintain our high standards of patient care and customer service.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, professional and luxurious first impression. You will support the front-of-house team with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic during our busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
  • Answering incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries.
  • Managing appointments, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Checking patients in and liaising with doctors and practitioners to ensure appointments run smoothly.
  • Processing payments and supporting front-of-house administration.
  • Responding to enquiries and directing patients to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable reception area.
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Supporting the wider clinic team with administrative duties as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Well-presented, personable and confident in a luxury customer-facing environment.
  • An excellent communicator with a warm and professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy clinic.
  • Comfortable using booking systems, email and basic computer applications.
  • Discreet and professional, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • A proactive team player who is happy to support wherever needed.

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, private healthcare, aesthetics or a luxury customer service environment is desirable.
