Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, TikTok & Google Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast growing UK telehealth and wellness brandfocused initially on medically supported weight loss treatments, before expanding into additional areas including hormonal health, hair loss, sexual wellness, supplements and longevity.

This is an opportunity to join a brand at an early stage and play a major role in scaling customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok and Google.

Our brand positioning is premium, modern and lifestyle led. We are not building a traditional online pharmacy, we are building a highend wellness brand that combines science backed healthcare with strong creative direction and social first marketing.

The Role

You will take ownership of paid advertising strategy, campaign management and performance optimisation across:

● Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

● TikTok Ads

● Google Ads

You should be confident in managing both creative led social campaigns and high converting search/shopping campaigns.

This role will involve working closely with our creative team, content creators and founders to help shape campaign direction, messaging and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

● Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google

● Scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitable CPA targets

● Develop and test creative angles, hooks and ad concepts

● Work alongside creators and UGC talent to develop high-performing ad creatives

● Manage campaign structures, audiences, budgets and reporting

● Build and optimise retargeting funnels

● Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

● Work closely with the email/content team to improve overall funnel performance

● Continuously test landing pages, messaging and offers

● Monitor platform trends and identify new growth opportunities

What We are Looking For

We are looking for someone with proven experience running paid ads for:

● Supplements

● Telehealth brands

You should:

● Be highly analytical

● Understand conversion psychology

● Know how to scale campaigns effectively

● Be comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment

Experience with:
