DRIVER Live-In Carer (Female) – Nationwide Opportunities
Full-Time | From £812 per week

The Role

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will be:

  • Supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes
  • Promoting independence and quality of life
  • Providing high-quality personal care
  • Supporting daily routines and personalised care plans
  • Assisting with medication
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Preparing nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
  • Working alongside healthcare professionals and case managers

You will be living with the client and becoming a trusted and valued part of their daily life.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ care experience (required)
  • At least 1 year of live-in care experience (required)
  • DBS on the Update Service (required, or willing to obtain one)
  • Calm, empathetic, patient, and warm nature
  • Genuine passion for supporting others
  • Strong communication and written record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
  • Care certificates / relevant training
  • First Aid certification (highly advantageous)
  • Experience with care plans, behavior management, and case management processes
