Aspect Maintenance is growing, and we're looking for experienced HVAC Engineers to join our expanding engineering team across the Home Counties and M25 area.

Potential To Earn £75,000–£125,000+ per year

With pre-booked jobs provided daily, plenty of available work and rates of £36.58–£61.60 per hour depending on shift, there is excellent earning potential for engineers who want to maximise their income.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for attending domestic and commercial properties across your local area and the wider M25, carrying out HVAC and air conditioning works.

Your work will include:

• Air conditioning servicing, fault finding and repairs
• Air conditioning installation and commissioning
• Heat pump diagnostics, repairs and installation
• Commercial and domestic refrigeration
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and remedial works
• Identifying additional remedial works where required
• Providing customers with clear explanations and professional advice

You’ll have jobs pre-booked into your schedule, allowing you to focus on completing quality work rather than constantly searching for your next job.

You’ll also have access to a Field-Based Technical Manager for support when you come across more complex technical issues.

Where You'll Work

We aim to keep engineers working as locally as possible, with work available throughout the Home Counties and M25 area.

There will be some travel across London and the M25 when required.

Minimum availability: 40 hours per week

The role also includes participation in a rotational evening and weekend on-call rota.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Engineers who can work independently and take pride in delivering a professional service.

Essential:

• Proven HVAC / Air Conditioning experience
• F-Gas certification
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Own standard hand tools
• Good customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs

Desirable:

• Commercial HVAC experience
• Refrigeration experience
• Heat pump experience
• Plumbing knowledge
• Experience carrying out remedial works and quoting
