Air Conditioning Surveyor

Location: Bristol, Swindon , Somerset and Gloucestershire

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000–£70,000 OTE (Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission)

We are looking for Surveyors to join our ever growing group

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out domestic and light commercial Air Conditioning Surveys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the air conditioning industry (or other renewables) who also has a some experience in sales.

Your salary will be a base rate plus commission.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Surveyor, you will:

* Visit domestic customers across Swindon, Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

* Carry out property surveys for air conditioning installations.

* Recommend suitable systems based on customers’ requirements.

* Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales.

* Deliver an outstanding customer experience from survey through to handover.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience surveying and selling air conditioning systems.

* A solid understanding of domestic air conditioning installations.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* A proven ability to generate and close sales.

* A full UK driving licence.

* A self-motivated, ambitious attitude with a desire to maximise earnings.

What We Offer

* £40,000–£75,000 OTE with uncapped commission.

* Company vehicle.

* Pension scheme.

* 24 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.

* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
