Full job description

LCA Maintenance Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team.

We work across both commercial and domestic projects, carrying out air conditioning installations for a wide range of customers and properties. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can deliver installations to a high standard and is confident working independently as well as part of a team.

The Role

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Installing and servicing split and multi-split air conditioning systems
  • Installing and servicing wall-mounted, cassette and other AC systems
  • Running refrigerant pipework, condensate and associated services
  • Pressure testing and vacuuming systems
  • Commissioning newly installed equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving installation issues
  • Working across commercial and domestic sites
  • Completing work neatly and to a high standard
  • Communicating professionally with customers, site teams and the LCA office
  • Completing relevant job paperwork and records

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience installing air conditioning systems
  • F-Gas qualification
  • Good knowledge of split and multi-split systems
  • Ability to work confidently without constant supervision
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Professional and reliable approach
  • Full UK driving licence

Experience working with a range of manufacturers including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, Samsung and Sinclair would be beneficial.
