Responsibilities

• Maintain and service air conditioning units to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various air conditioning equipment.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to build and install new air conditioning systems.
• Provide leadership during projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all air conditioning units.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology.

For—the Responsibilities

• Follow FORTH® engineering standards at all times
• Service, install (remedial) and repair Air Conditioning units and associated plant as per business requirements
• Work to the highest Health & Safety Standards
• Update and correct current asset lists to support smooth contract mobilisation
• Produce detailed, accurate reports on client assets and the work you have completed
• Positively communicate and engage with the office team as well as fellow engineers

For—the Person

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning
• F-GAS (Category 1)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check and enhanced security clearance
• Experience in maintaining a range of AC units including splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, twin and multi-splits
• Able to positively communicate with the client, office team and colleagues
• PASMA/IPAF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
