We will consider engineers based in Yorkshire/Lancashire area.

Ø Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions.

Ø A good understanding of when and where to obtain technical assistance when needed from suppliers, manufacturers and peers.

Ø Able to communicate fluently with clients, colleagues, and other technical personnel.

Ø Understand current regulations relating to all HVAC equipment, including F-gas, Refcom and other building regulations.

Ø Good basic IT skills. We use a digital service platform to issue work via phones/tablets and receive electronic job sheets.

Ø Respect for customers, work colleagues, equipment, and company property.

Ø There will some of early starts and late finishes, but the company is very fair and will always reward the right candidate for this commitment.

This is a permanent position. (min. 40hr basic week) Mon-Fri

Certain contracts dictate weekend working but this would be arranged in advance, with notice.

Working hours will vary depending on workload and the seasons– basic hours 8:30am to 5:00pm, (Typical week could be 45-50hrs).

ON CALL rota system. With additional standby payment.
