Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning Improver, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems through skilled installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise in air conditioning systems while gaining valuable construction and mechanical experience. Duties

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units following detailed schematics and technical instructions
  • Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify potential issues before they escalate
  • Participate in construction-related tasks such as installation, system testing, and site preparation
  • This is a mobile role working across various sites throughout London.

Skills

  • Basic skills in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with air conditioning systems, including installation and servicing techniques
  • Construction experience is a plus, especially related to building or installing HVAC infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
