Air Conditioning - F-gas Engineer

£40-45k based on 40 hours a week

Are you an F-gas qualified Air Conditioning Engineer who is looking for a new role with local work in the Melksham / Trowbridge area? With most of this company's work within an hour of these locations, this role offers both stability and local work, giving a good work-life balance.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will work as part of a team of engineers covering mainly domestic installations of air conditioning systems such as splits and multi splits. You will also be responsible for service and maintenance work on previous installations under warranty.

We are looking for someone with good customer-facing skills and the ability to overcome issues when it comes to installations that may not be straightforward. Some installations have limited access, and some rooms may require remedial work to install the systems properly.

  • 25 days' holiday plus 1 extra day for each year of service
  • Birthday off
  • Pension
  • 20 mile radius from office in Semington
  • Hours 8-5 plus overtime if wanted
  • No weekends but can work weekends if wanted
  • No 24-hour call
  • Van and fuel card, with some personal use permitted
  • All kit can be supplied if needed
  • Uniform
