Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning Improver, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems through skilled installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise in air conditioning systems while gaining valuable construction and mechanical experience. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency in commercial and residential environments, contributing to the seamless operation of climate control solutions. Duties

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units following detailed schematics and technical instructions
  • Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify potential issues before they escalate
  • Participate in construction-related tasks such as installation, system testing, and site preparation
  • This is a mobile role working across various sites throughout London.

Skills

  • Basic skills in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with air conditioning systems, including installation and servicing techniques
  • Construction experience is a plus, especially related to building or installing HVAC infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
