Woodhouse Environmental Services Ltd is a leading Renewable Energy & Air Conditioning company specialising in the design, installation, servicing and repair of Air Conditioning, Ventilation systems, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are now recruiting for a reliable Engineer to expand our Air Conditioning team and undertake work on a range of installations, services, and maintenance within a 100-mile radius of our Southampton office.

The ideal candidate will come from a background in AC and previous experience of servicing and maintenance is essential. The desired candidate must have a good amount of experience and would hold the relevant qualifications.

Training on specific products, installation techniques and procedures will be provided.

The Air Conditioning Engineer will have:

• Previous experience of AC installations, Service and Maintenance.
• Fault finding experience.
• An NVQ Level 2 in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air Conditioning or equivalent
• F-Gas certified.
• Good time keeping
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.

• Full clean UK driving licence.

The chosen Air Conditioning Engineer’s duties include:

• Installations of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, ensuring safe operational functionality and presentation.
• Meeting with existing customers onsite to undertake maintenance/service to previously installed AC units.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager, understand customer requirements and communicate in a clear professional manner relating to any ongoing work ie. repairs, replacements etc.
• Complete assigned service and maintenance list of inspections to a high standard within appropriate timescales.
• Responsible to ensure all necessary cleaning materials, tools, equipment etc are carried to complete assigned work. Report any stock storages at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensure all Company requirements in relation to paperwork, time sheets, activity sheets and vehicle checks are adhered to and completed accurately in a timely manner.
• Comply with Health Safety regulations, Information Security, and procedure requirements of the company.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
