The Role

We’re looking for an Regrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Operations Manager. You’ll carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance, installations, and fault diagnosis on plant and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and workshop machinery.
• Carry out installations and support new projects.
• Diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration faults.
• Respond to breakdowns and ad-hoc maintenance requests across all sites.
• Work with external contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service reports and update work orders via CAFM system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for maintaining an up to date F-Gas register

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
• Ability to interpret schematic circuit diagrams.
• Flexible to provide standby cover on a 24/7 rota basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely, Electrical Maintenance qualification, 18th Edition certification.
