Cornwall Refrigerated Transport Services Ltd (CRTS) is looking for an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join our team of mobile service engineers.

Ideally based in Devon, you'll provide service, maintenance and breakdown support to customers across Devon and Cornwall, working on a wide range of transport refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair transport refrigeration units.
  • Respond to breakdowns and carrying out diagnostics and repairs
  • Support customers across Cornwall and Devon
  • Participate in a call out rota

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified and experienced Refrigeration Engineer.
  • F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience with transport refrigeration systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Self-motivated with a professional and customer-focused approach.

What We Offer

  • OTE £50,000 - £55,000 for experienced engineers, including overtime and on-call payments
  • 40 hours/week + overtime available
  • On-call rota: currently 1 in 8 weekends/ evenings
  • Paid on-call retainers with enhanced payments for Bank Holiday and Christmas cover
  • Paid rest periods following overnight call-outs
  • 30 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing with service
