About us
Arton is a growing plumbing, heating and air conditioning company based in Maidstone, Kent. Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, we specialise in installing gas, LPG and oil boilers, as well as air conditioning systems for homes and businesses across Kent and London. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our team, develop new business opportunities and help drive sales growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong people skills, a proactive approach and the ambition to earn through performance.

The role
You’ll visit homeowners interested in a new boiler or air conditioning system, understand their needs and recommend the best solution for their home. Our easy-to-use pricing tool generates quotes for you, leaving you free to focus on what matters most: building customer relationships and turning enquiries into sales.

What you’ll do

  • Run home appointments from pre-qualified leads we supply / our enquiries and your own referrals
  • Survey the property and recommend the right product for the customer
  • Produce quotes on a tablet using our pricing tool and present options clearly
  • Offer customer finance options (full training provided)
  • Follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed jobs
  • Keep the CRM up to date and hand over sold jobs to our installation team

What we’re looking for

  • Sales experience in a customer-facing role. Home improvements, HVAC or energy is a bonus but not essential
  • A confident, honest approach that customers trust
  • Organised, with good follow-up habits
  • Comfortable using a tablet and CRM
  • Full UK driving licence

What you get

  • £24,000 basic plus 4% commission on installed revenue, uncapped
  • Realistic first-year OTE of £45,000+

Hours
