Full job description

Job Summary

Onsite Engineer / Teams required installing both Heat only systems and Full Cylinder (Heat / Water) based applications

As an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer, you will install, inspect, maintain and repair heat pump systems, using mechanical knowledge and schematics to diagnose issues and complete work safely and accurately. You will coordinate with colleagues and customers to keep installations and servicing organised.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission air source heat pump equipment, following system plans and relevant site procedures.
  • Inspect components, identify faults and carry out equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
  • Read schematics to guide installation, testing and fault-finding, including work involving air conditioning systems.
  • Coordinate tasks on site and share clear updates with colleagues and customers.
  • Your impact: Accurate diagnosis and repairs help customers restore reliable heating and help colleagues plan follow-up work.

Requirements must be in date ...

NVQ level 3 ASHP

G3 -Unvented cylinders

Relevant plumbing qualification NVQ level 2 or 3

Water Regs

F Gas desired but not essential

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, the ability to interpret schematics, and hands-on capability in equipment repair and maintenance are essential to carrying out the duties. Clear communication and organised working support safe, effective coordination on site.

Experience of Samsung ASHP products desirable but not essential.

Ability to produce clear photographic evidence and fill in web based records of work carried out to MCS requirements.

Pay: £1,300.00-£1,800.00 per day
