Air Conditioning Engineer
About the Role
We are a growing air conditioning and refrigeration company committed to delivering high-quality installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance across a wide range of systems.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineers to join our existing team.
The role will involve working across the UK on a variety of sites, including small offices, large retail premises, commercial buildings and residential properties.
We are looking for engineers with a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems to a high standard
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
- Service and maintain a range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain a high level of customer service when working on client sites
- Complete relevant paperwork and service documentation
- Work independently or as part of a wider engineering team
Requirements
Essential:
- F-Gas qualification
- CSCS card
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Relevant experience in air conditioning installation and servicing
- Good understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, professional and willing to travel
Desirable:
- PASMA
- IPAF
- Additional relevant trade qualifications
Salary
Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience and qualifications.
