Plumber – Domestic Maintenance & Repairs
Maidstone, Kent | Full-time, Permanent
£38,000–£45,000 basic + monthly bonus scheme (up to 20% of salary)

Arton Plumbing & Heating is a growing plumbing, heating and air conditioning company covering Kent and London. Our domestic customer base is expanding fast and we're looking for an experienced plumber to grow with us.

The package:

  • Basic salary £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience
  • Monthly bonus scheme – earn up to 20% on top of salary each month
  • Overtime paid at time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays
  • No on-call rota – Monday to Friday, 40 hours
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Private healthcare

  • All power tools provided, plus yearly tool allowance after 12 months
  • Tablet and uniform
  • Incentives throughout the year

The role:
Carrying out maintenance, repairs and installations for our domestic customers across Kent. You'll manage your own workload day to day, supported by our office team and job management system.

What we're looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years' experience in domestic installation, maintenance and repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Local knowledge of the Kent area
  • A professional, friendly manner and pride in doing the job properly
