Duties

• Install and maintain equipment according to schematics and technical specifications.

• Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior installers and providing training as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in installation and maintenance of equipment, particularly in air conditioning systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to equipment repair.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and technologies related to installation practices.
• Valid driving licence may be required for travel between job sites.
