As our HVAC department continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced engineer who can confidently undertake the installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and domestic properties.

You'll be joining an established team, working on a variety of projects with the support of our dedicated HVAC management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing.
  • Diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs.
  • Working on commercial and domestic installations.
  • Completing relevant service reports and documentation.
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Supporting and mentoring trainee engineers where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
  • Experience installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu or Panasonic would be advantageous.
