Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £44,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a progressive and forward-thinking organisation.

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding expertise across commercial AC systems, who is comfortable working independently and supporting junior engineers when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive servicing on a range of AC systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across commercial sites
  • Work on systems including splits, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and company standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers when required
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
  • F-Gas Certification
  • Proven experience working within commercial facilities management
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good understanding of AC systems including VRV/VRF and splits
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
