Full job description

Brooklands Hotel is looking for a reservations agent to join our busy sales team . The reservation agent has responsibility for managing all bedroom, spa and restaurant bookings and following procedures to maximize revenue. They must demonstrate high energy levels for our fast paced environment, attention to detail and focus on providing four-star customer service to the highest standard. We are looking for someone with a great personality and can do attitude who has the ability to multi task and problem solve where needed. Rota basis 5 days out of 7 including some weekend dates on a rota basis. Previous experience in hotel front of house reception or reservations preferable, however would also suit a hospitality graduate wanting to start in the industry . Training will be given and room for progression.
