  • Making a note of our lounge guest food requests
  • Serving of food and beverages to lounge guests
  • Clearing and setting up of tables for dining purposes
  • Maintaining the buffet – replenishing food items, explaining dishes on the buffet and assisting with service
  • Polishing of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
  • Ability to describe dishes offered on the buffet and a la carte menu explaining the allergens
  • Attend to passenger queries and complaints
  • Consult the supervisors and managers as and when required
  • Liaise with the bar person and culinary team with regards to food and drinks orders
  • Ensuring that all food and beverage related services are provided as per Qatar Airways standards (these will be provided during the service training provided by Qatar Airways management)
  • Assisting the cleaning team in the lounge and back-of-house areas during non- passenger usage.
