Are you an experienced travel professional with a passion for aviation, procurement and delivering exceptional travel solutions? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and expanding business for a Flights Procurement Executive to join their Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in flight reservations, airline contracting or group travel who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll play a pivotal role in securing the best flight solutions for group travel programmes, working closely with airlines, consolidators and internal teams to ensure every booking is cost-effective, accurate and delivered to the highest standard. Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within flight reservations, airline procurement, aviation, group travel or the wider travel industry
  • Strong understanding of airline booking processes and experience working with airlines, GDS platforms or flight consolidators
  • Experience managing group travel arrangements would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the confidence to negotiate effectively and build lasting supplier relationships
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and changing priorities simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate and secure the most suitable flight options for group travel programmes, balancing commercial value with operational requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, consolidators and travel partners to maximise availability, service and cost efficiencies
  • Manage flight bookings from initial enquiry through to departure, ensuring all reservations are accurate and completed within required timescales
  • Coordinate schedule changes, passenger amendments and other booking updates, communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure all bookings are processed in accordance with agreed commercial arrangements
  • Maintain accurate booking information across internal systems, ensuring all travel documentation and records remain up to date
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve booking queries and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Keep informed of airline developments, market trends and supplier updates to identify opportunities for improved value and service
  • Support wider procurement activities and provide operational assistance during peak travel periods where required
