Full job description

Overseeing operations during your shift and responsible for the day to day operations of the business including VIP flight co-ordination and packing. Dispatching of catering vehicles on a timely basis to the flights including compliance.

Dealing with incoming communications from customer (phone calls / emails)

Passing customer orders to kitchens

Ordering items requested by customer and arranging shopping

Arranging deliveries using team of drivers under your control

Sometimes making deliveries airside

Overseeing housekeeping

Good customer service skills

Good admin skills needed

Aviation experience essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
