Location: Stansted Airport

Hours: Shifts between 4am - 10pm, must be able to work weekends

We are looking for people to join our Beauty, Fragrance and Liquor team to represent many different Luxury Brands such as Chanel, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Barcadi (to name just a few!)

As a Luxury Travel Retail Sales Associate, you will have excellent customer service skills as you help passengers to explore the products available in the World Duty Free Store and assist with purchasing decisions. You will enjoy working to sales targets, which you will achieve through delivering excellent service.

You will be trained to provide detailed information to customers, such as brand and product information that will help provide a great in-store experience. As part of our team, you will be a self-motivated team player and a quick learner, in turn being an ambassador for the brand.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Demonstrate in-depth brand and product knowledge while offering exceptional customer service and knowing each customer needs.
  • Achieve daily targets.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, go above and beyond for all customers by sampling products and communicating each features, benefits and overall value of products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues and clients.
  • Staying up to date on latest trends and new products to drive sales and meet clients needs.
  • Maintain store standards by keeping displays clean, attractive and organized.

Engagement Details

You will obtain an Airside pass for the airport, meaning you will need to be able to provide us with a full 5 year history and criminal record check. You must also have a valid passport and have right to work in the UK.

Working for us means you will have the flexibility to work part-time / full-time to work with Luxury Brands.

Pay: £12.85-£15.00 per hour
