Cleaner – Stansted Airport - AFS

Stansted Airport | Monday Night to Friday Night Shift | Permanent Role

Join a Leading Aviation Support Team

AFS are excited to offer an opportunity for a Night Shift Cleaner to join our dynamic team at Stansted Airport supporting the Facilities function.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting into the Facilities Team and your duties and responsibilities will include:-

  • Cleaning of the Ryanair Aircraft Hangar and Ryanair Line areas
  • Restocking designated facility areas as necessary
  • Follow Health and Safety regulations
  • Maintaining cleaning products and equipment
  • Notifying management of any issues
  • General Cleaning duties such as: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and removal of any rubbish.
  • Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous cleaning experience (Essential)
  • Understanding of COSHH (Desired, full training can be provided)
  • Full Driving License (Essential)
  • Able to communicate confidently in English (Essential)
  • High level of attention-to-detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work

Essential Information

· This is a nightshift role, and the suitable candidate must be able to work night shift and weekends.

· We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position, so all candidates must already hold the Right to Work in the UK.

· As this role is based at Stansted Airport, the successful candidate must undergo Security Training and obtain a relevant DBS Check in order to gain an Airside Pass.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
