BNS is a leading independent property services company based in Bristol, working on a variety of developments throughout the south of England and Wales. The services that BNS provides are all-encompassing and include, but aren't limited to, block and estate management, property maintenance, electrical services and health and safety. The business is extremely busy with good growth and strong links within the property industry.

About the Role

BNS is seeking to expand its On-Site Services team with an experienced Fire Alarm and Access Control Engineer. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
Fault finding
Fire Alarm testing
Installation work to both domestic and commercial premises
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs outside remit
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Ideal candidate will have experience with fire alarms and access control systems

Key attributes include:

Experienced background in all areas of the Fire and Access control trades
High level communication skills both internally and externally
Good diary and time management
Confident in IT
The ability to work within a team and achieve a high level of output from within
Flexible working
Full UK driving license required

Full time: 42.5 hour week

Company vehicle provided

21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Salary: Depending on experience, from £38,000+
