About Us:
Bell Fire and Security is a dynamic and rapidly growing company, delivering exceptional fire and security solutions to our clients. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled Installation and Commissioning Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of CCTV Systems, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems to relevant industry standards.
  • Providing professional and high-quality service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively liaising with clients, addressing concerns, and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Health & Safety legislation at all times.
  • Representing the company professionally to maintain and enhance our reputation with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience installing and commissioning Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Full understanding of BS5839 standards.
  • Experience with Gent Fire systems (desirable).

Qualifications:

  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification (desirable).

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • A genuine interest in fire and security systems, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
