Due to our expansion and growth plans, we now have a number of opportunities for suitably qualified Fire Alarm Engineers to work alongside an employer dedicated to continued success. We seek motivated, driven, skilled individuals to join our hard-working team and develop their careers in a dynamic and progressive organisation.

Role and Responsibilities

The Fire Alarm Engineer will be responsible for completing the day-to-day delivery of fire alarm installation, commissioning, repair and routine servicing of Fire Alarm systems for domestic, commercial and public sector clients. As there are a number of roles available there is scope within the position to specialise for example, in installation and commissioning works or, alternatively as a dedicated service and maintenance engineer.

You will need extensive experience within your chosen field, a full, clean driving license, a valid CSCS card, and a positive "can do" attitude to every aspect of your work.

Hours of Working & On-Call

Regular Working hours are (Mon - Thurs 8 am - 5 pm) and (Fri 8 am - 2.30 pm).

On-Call Working hours are (Mon - Thurs 4.30 pm - 8 am), (Fri 2.30 pm - 8 am), (Sat & Sun 24 Hr Cover)

On-Call rotation is 1 week out of every 8 but will expand as more engineers are added to the roster.

On-Call engineers DO NOT work during the day and receive a standby bonus in addition to being paid for a standard 40-hour week. The average number of hours the on-call engineer works in a week is 24.
