Job Title: Fire & Security Engineer
Location: Primarily East Anglian Based out of Great Yarmouth but working further afield in the country will be required from time to time
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
Salary Package: £22k – £43k Basic Salary + Company Vehicle + Call Out + Overtime (Dependent on experience)
Day To Day Responsibilities Of The Role:
Install, maintain, and commission fire alarm and / or security systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm and security systems.
Provide technical support to customers as needed.
Keep accurate records of all work completed.
Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV.
Must Have Experience Required / Certifications Required:
Preferable minimum experience of 2 years in Fire & Security Engineering, however candidate with a minimum of 2 years electrical background may be considered for training.
Knowledge of fire alarm and / or security system installation techniques, equipment, and tools.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license
Be part of an On Call Rota for OOH call outs
Current CSCS card would be desirable but not essential
