At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.

- Select products accurately to meet picking targets
- Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
- Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Opportunities in our Ambient and Chiller sections

- Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role
- Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock
Our Benefits
- £14.93ph, competitive pay with pay rises linked to your time with Aldi
- Shift Pattern: 10.30am start, end time may vary depending on the needs of the business
- Shift Rota: 5 days out of 7 - Weekends are included in your shift pattern
- 30 hours minimum per week
- 4 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays
- Comprehensive training and ongoing development to build your career

- Shift times vary, however, we will always try to make sure you typically work 7-8 hours.
