Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize bar revenue
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
- Train new staff members on bar operations, customer service, and company policies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of kitchen operations and culinary concepts
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a bar setting
