About Us

Warwick House is a prestigious wedding venue located in Warwickshire, as part of The Tabor Group we have over 30 years experience in the wedding industry and are committed to providing couples and guests with unforgettable experiences and delivering to the highest standard.

About the Role

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join the team, and we are excited to find our next Wedding and Events Manager.

Key responsibilities include;

- Overseeing weddings throughout the year, managing all administration and planning processes using our wedding and events management portal, SONAS, to manage event information, couple communications and planning details.

- Serve as the main point of contact for couples from allocation to the wedding day.

- Upsell products and services to maximize potential revenue for each event.

- Producing running orders and invoices.

- Maintain direct contact with couples throughout the planning stage, handling amendments as needed.

- Coordinate with departments for seamless service and ensure proper wedding setup and preparation.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with local external suppliers, seeking
opportunities to promote and upsell additional supplier add-on products.

- Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring the safety of attendees and the venue.

- Process money, and tabs, and conduct necessary cashing up paperwork.

- Attend monthly meetings and work closely with departments for accurate communication.

- Provide support to the Sales team during weekday open evenings and Sunday open
days, which vary seasonally and are scheduled and communicated in advance.

About You

This role comes with full training provided, we're open to hearing from applicants with and without previous experience. Although prior experience isn't necessary, a passion for customer service, events and weddings is!

You will need to be confident, friendly and approachable. The role will require you to adapt to situations and different stakeholders quickly, so keeping calm under pressure is a must. As a Wedding and Events Manager you are responsible for each event, strong organisational and time management skills will be essential to be successful.

Whilst there is an element of office-based work, you will need to be flexible as due to the nature of the business there will be a requirement to work evenings and weekends as required.

Desirable Qualifications

- Previous experience within weddings, events or hospitality would be advantageous.

- First Aid trained
