Full job description

Role purpose

We're looking for an experienced, full-time Store Manager (or Store Leader, as we call them in our business) to pilot the amazing team at our new store in Leamington Spa (opening late Summer 2026), delighting every customer with warm, inspiring and informative service that goes above and beyond and championing our annual strategy and goals. You'll drive this store to commercial success by being a natural and brilliant ambassador for Busby & Fox and by embracing our unique brand language and ethos.
