Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Business Development Managers and Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration.
  • Preparing and processing Vodafone Business quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Managing mobile, connectivity, broadband, and unified communications orders from submission through to completion.
  • Liaising with business customers to provide updates on orders, deliveries, and service activations.
  • Handling contract renewals, upgrades, migrations, and account amendments.
  • Coordinating with Vodafone operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • Monitoring order progress and proactively resolving provisioning or delivery issues.
  • Producing sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance data for management.
  • Supporting customer retention activities by identifying renewal opportunities and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with Vodafone processes, pricing structures, and business policies.
  • Assisting with billing queries and account management support for business customers.
