Full job description

Looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Telephonist/Receptionist into the Team at a friendly but extremely busy GP Practice. The role entails mainly dealing with booking appointments and dealing with patient queries on the telephone and on front desk.

Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, be computer literate and be flexible and undertake other duties as required.

Previous NHS GP Practice experienced preferred.

This is a permanent position which is due for review after 5-6 months service.

25 hours per week, 5 days a week

Daily shift times are set below but will need to be flexible to cover holidays and sickness

Monday: 1.30-6.30

Tuesday: 1.00-5.30

Wednesday: 8-1.30

Thursday: 8.00-1.00

Friday: 1.30-6.30
