To be a successful part of our Bar Team you will need;

• A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues
• Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer
• Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment

**This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/ club work- you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts**

In return we ask for:

• Give great service to guests - taking guests orders, serving drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
• Meet all site standards of service & work within the team leading to a great guest experience.
• Have/develop a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
• Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
• A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
