Next Thing Education Camps Ltd. is a dynamic team of creators, inventors, and coders dedicated to delivering engaging and innovative technology education to schools and holiday camps. The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Recruitment Assistant to support the staffing of our holiday camps. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure our camps are staffed with enthusiastic and capable team members.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Creating and publishing job advertisements across a range of recruitment platforms.
- Proactively sourcing and attracting suitable candidates.
- Screening applications and assessing candidate suitability.
- Arranging and coordinating interviews.
- Creating and maintaining staff work schedules.
- Responding to candidate and employee enquiries regarding contracts, pay, logistics, and general employment matters.
- Supporting recruitment activities while working within agreed budgets.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and administrative documentation.
