The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Recruitment Assistant to support the staffing of our holiday camps. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure our camps are staffed with enthusiastic and capable team members.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Creating and publishing job advertisements across a range of recruitment platforms.
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting suitable candidates.
  • Screening applications and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews.
  • Creating and maintaining staff work schedules.
  • Responding to candidate and employee enquiries regarding contracts, pay, logistics, and general employment matters.
  • Supporting recruitment activities while working within agreed budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and administrative documentation.
