Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Sales & Marketing Staff member to join our energetic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting our brand across various channels. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us expand our market presence, engage potential clients, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Manage B2B (business-to-business) marketing campaigns to build strategic partnerships and increase brand awareness
  • Create engaging marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and other tools to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Lead project management efforts for promotional events, campaigns, or product launches ensuring timely execution
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and other IT tools
  • Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on objectives

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to present ideas confidently and persuasively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales figures, and campaign results for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other IT applications
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and guide projects from inception to completion
