Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our centralised team based at Ipswich Audi. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing sales team.

As a vital part of our Retail Sales Department, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role, ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. From processing vehicle orders to liaising with customers and suppliers, your attention to detail and organisational skills will help deliver an exceptional experience for both our teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams

· Process customer vehicle orders and manage all associated documentation

including vehicle taxation and finance paperwork

· Maintain accurate records of new and used demonstrator vehicle stock

· Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships as directed by the Sales Manager

· Ensure all sales department systems and records are kept up to date and compliant

· Support the smooth and timely handover of vehicles to customers

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the motor trade

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

· Experience with Kerridge/CDK systems is desirable

· Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner

· A proactive, customer-focused approach

· Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

· Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
